Pay Range: $45 - $49.82/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company resources.
- Compile and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules and facilitate regular project meetings.
- Identify and resolve technical problems throughout project phases.
- Analyze requirements and define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Document all project activities and phases comprehensively.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 4-6 years of experience in mechanical/aerospace engineering or a related area.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Jira with demonstrated hands-on experience.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Familiarity with thermal management and heat transfer/heat exchanger concepts is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
