Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technology roles across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps. This individual will serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and relationship-building skills to identify and attract top technology talent.
- The ideal candidate has a strong track record recruiting technical professionals in fast-paced environments and is skilled at sourcing passive candidates across emerging technology domains. Experience recruiting for traditional Machine Learning-only teams is not required; the focus is on broader AI, Cloud, Data Science, Security, and DevSecOps talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies for difficult-to-fill technical roles.
- Source and engage candidates across AI, Cloud, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps talent markets.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical skills, experience, and organizational fit.
- Develop sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, professional communities, referrals, networking events, and talent mapping techniques.
- Provide market intelligence, compensation trends, and competitive hiring insights to business stakeholders.
- Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure interview processes are structured, consistent, and aligned with hiring objectives.
- Collaborate with HR, compensation, and hiring leaders through offer development and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for the following:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Cloud Engineering
- Data Science
- Data Engineering
- Cybersecurity
- DevSecOps
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Platform Engineering
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing methodologies, recruiting passive technology talent.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and technical hiring managers.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, LinkedIn Recruiter Analytics, labor market intelligence platforms, CRM data, and ATS reporting to identify talent availability, competitor activity, compensation benchmarks, and geographic hiring trends.
- Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise technology organizations
- Experience recruiting for cloud transformation, digital modernization, or AI initiatives.
- Knowledge of software development, cloud-native architectures, cybersecurity frameworks, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience interpreting talent market data and workforce planning trends.
- Quality of hire and Hiring manager satisfaction
- Time-to-fill and time-to-slate targets
- Pipeline development for critical technology skills
