This position focuses on mammalian cell culture, stable CHO cell line generation, cell banking, and expression assessments. You’ll work hands-on with cell line development and transfection studies while supporting lab operations and collaborating with cross-functional project teams.

This position focuses on mammalian cell culture, stable CHO cell line generation, cell banking, and expression assessments. You’ll work hands-on with cell line development and transfection studies while supporting lab operations and collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, thaw, and prepare mammalian host cell line cultures using aseptic and sterile techniques.
- Plan and execute stable cell line generation using plate-based and flask-based transfections.
- Manage DNA plasmid libraries, including receiving, tracking, and coordinating materials between teams.
- Present data packages to project teams and collaborators while supporting general laboratory operations, equipment management, and supply ordering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant laboratory or research experience.
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and sterile technique.
- Familiarity with flow cytometry, gel electrophoresis, data tracking, and general laboratory protocols.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Automation experience and Python coding skills are a plus.
