Pay Rate Range: $ 56.81 - 60.60/hr.Job Desccription:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR processes.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Perform impact analysis and recommend solution designs.
• Manage system integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.
• Support data migration, validation, and reporting activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Support release management, upgrades, and quarterly SuccessFactors releases.
• Create functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and organizational policies.
• Provide end-user support and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
