Lead the end-to-end functional and technical design for the AES Customer Move-In Automation program| translating utility business requirements into an integrated SAP IS-U and SAP CRM Utilities solution.
The role will coordinate architecture| requirements| integration| agile delivery| testing| and stakeholder decisions through the project build phase.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead discovery and design workshops for AES Indiana and Ohio Move-In processes; define current-state| future-state| business rules| exceptions| and acceptance criteria.
Own the end-to-end solution design across SAP IS-U| SAP CRM Utilities| SAP OData services| SAP Cloud Integration| and external identity and credit services.
Translate business needs into functional specifications| process flows| integration requirements| user stories| and a requirements traceability matrix.
Guide SAP standard-versus-custom decisions and validate impacts to business partner| contract account| premise| device| deposit| billing| and contract processes.
Coordinate functional and technical teams| resolve design dependencies| and support sprint planning| backlog refinement| demonstrations| and design approvals.
Lead functional support for SIT| AES-led UAT| defect triage| deployment readiness| cutover| and knowledge transition.Communicate solution options| risks| decisions| and delivery status to AES business and IT stakeholders and *** project leadership.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
10+ years of SAP Utilities experience| with deep hands-on knowledge of SAP IS-U Customer Move-In/Move-Out and SAP CRM Utilities.
Strong understanding of utility customer service| business partner| contract account| premise| device| billing| deposit| and exception-handling processes.
Experience in solution architecture and integration design using OData| APIs| SAP Cloud Integration/BTP Integration Suite| and external services.
Proven capability in requirements management| functional design| process modeling| user stories| and acceptance criteria.
Experience leading agile delivery across distributed onsite/offshore teams and coordinating business| architecture| development| and testing stakeholders.
Excellent customer-facing facilitation| written communication| analytical problem-solving| and stakeholder management skills.
