Our client, a leading consumer healthcare and manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting the Packaging and Production Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Hartford, CT
Pay Range: $26.95/hour (Shift Differential Included)

What’s the Job?

• Operate automated toothpaste packaging lines and production equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and accurately document results.
• Handle packaging materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and production procedures.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
