We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team in a sales role centered on helping customers find the right pre-owned vehicle for their needs. In this position, you will create a welcoming and informative experience for every guest, guide customers through the vehicle selection process, and support them from initial inquiry through delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Greet customers and build positive relationships by delivering friendly, professional service.
  • Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
  • Present vehicle features, benefits, and available options in a clear and helpful manner.
  • Conduct walkarounds, test drives, and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up with prospects and leads in a timely and organized way.
  • Work collaboratively with finance, service, and management teams to support a smooth sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle information, and sales activity.
  • Stay informed about inventory, pricing, market trends, and promotional offerings.
  • Support compliance with dealership policies and all applicable sales procedures.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Sales experience preferred, ideally in automotive or retail environments.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and explain information confidently.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic computer applications.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, where required. 3 year driving history is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with vehicle appraisal, financing basics, or dealership operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
