You will report directly to General Manager.

What You'll Do

You will be an important driver of performance, culture, and customer experience.

• Buy and focus on selling Used Vehicles
• Maintain Used Vehicle Inventory
• Help train sales team on selling Used Vehicles

What You'll Bring

• Must have a track record as a high-volume Used Vehicle Manager REQUIRED
• Manager that desk car deals REQUIRED
• 3+ years of experience with procurement outside the auction REQUIRED
• Know how to engage with customers and Sales Team REQUIRED
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The California salary pay range for this position is $12,000.00 - $20,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Department Net and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability and Total Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
