Compensation

Responsibilities
- Perform used vehicle inspections and reconditioning repairs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical concerns efficiently
- Complete maintenance and repair work according to dealership standards
- Perform recall repairs as needed
- Maintain organized and professional work areas
- Communicate effectively with advisors and management
- Ensure vehicles are properly prepared for retail delivery

Requirements
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred
- Dealership or large independent shop experience highly valued
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
