Job Description:

We are seeking a User Acquisition Data Analyst to join a high-performing Mobile Growth Marketing team supporting a portfolio of leading mobile gaming titles. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytics professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance marketing environment and can quickly step into an established reporting and forecasting function.

In this role, you will provide critical insights that help optimize user acquisition strategies, improve campaign performance, and support business decision-making across marketing, finance, product, and leadership teams. Youll be responsible for maintaining reporting accuracy, forecasting marketing performance, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable recommendations that drive sustainable growth.

What Youll Do

User Acquisition Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Own and manage recurring user acquisition (UA) reporting processes, including:
• Daily performance monitoring
• Weekly UA performance reviews
• Weekly budget pacing reports for Finance
• Monthly executive and stakeholder reporting

Analyze and report on key performance indicators including:

• Cost
• CPI (Cost Per Install)
• Installs
• Retention
• Revenue

Segment reporting by channel, platform, and geographic region. Insight Generation & Strategic Recommendations

• Translate data into actionable business insights for marketing and leadership teams.
• Evaluate channel efficiency, media mix performance, and growth opportunities.
• Identify optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

Forecasting & Budget Planning

• Partner closely with User Acquisition and Finance teams to develop:
• Paid CPI forecasts
• Install projections
• Daily, weekly, and monthly budget forecasts

Track performance against marketing budgets and growth targets. Campaign & Creative Optimization

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support campaign decision-making.
• Evaluate creative and campaign performance using metrics such as:
• IPM (Installs Per Mille)
• CTR (Click-Through Rate)
• CVR (Conversion Rate)
• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Perform statistical significance testing to support optimization recommendations. Dashboard & Data Management

• Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy across multiple sources.
• Reconcile attribution and performance data from:
• Singular
• Firebase
• SKAdNetwork (SKAN)
• Mobile app store and platform reporting tools

Troubleshoot dashboard, reporting automation, attribution, and tracking issues. Collaborate with data and platform teams to monitor data pipeline health. Analytics Development

• Create and enhance dashboards using:
• Tableau
• Looker Studio
• Mixpanel

Support new data model development and reporting initiatives as business needs evolve. Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data science supporting mobile user acquisition.
• Advanced SQL skills, ideally with experience using BigQuery.
• Proven ability to work independently within a live production data environment.
• Strong expertise in data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau, Looker Studio, and/or Mixpanel.
• Deep understanding of mobile marketing attribution, MMP platforms, SKAN, and app store reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to marketing, finance, and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting mobile games or digital products with hybrid monetization models (IAP + IAA).
• Knowledge of player behavior analytics and growth marketing strategies.
• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis, automation, and modeling.
• Background in A/B testing, incrementality studies, geo-lift analysis, and experimental design.
• Experience reconciling data across multiple attribution platforms and maintaining consistent taxonomy standards.
