Purpose of this Position:
The UX Designer is responsible for helping improve the usability, consistency, and effectiveness of McLeod Software’s enterprise products. This position translates product requirements, user needs, and business rules into clear, practical, and buildable design solutions. The UX designer works closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, stakeholders, and UX leadership to support complex workflows across transportation management, logistics, brokerage, accounting, operations, and other business-critical areas. This role helps ensure product experiences are user-centered, accessible, consistent, and aligned with McLeod’s design system.
