Work Schedule: Schedule varies, overtime may be required
Job Status: Full-Time, temporary.
Start Date: June 22, 2026
Tentative End Date: This is a contract role. The project is expected to run through July 31, 2026, but could be extended based on project needs
Rate: $28.00/hour
Position Description:
Production assistants are supporting field team members who participate during data collection sessions at approved commercial venues. Production Assistant performs venue-specific simulated activities to create a natural, realistic environment during data collection.
Training will be conducted by TIAI and will cover venue-specific protocols, security and privacy requirements, and study procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform venue-specific simulated activities during Data Collection sessions.
Simulate natural, common behaviors appropriate to the venue type, as directed by the approved Study Protocol
Execute Universal Protocols at every venue: idle sitting/standing naturally, using digital devices, eating and snacking, packing/unpacking a bag, venue walkthrough, and object interaction under both nominal and low lighting conditions
Represent and promote the TELUS International AI brand

Required Qualifications:
Ability to perform naturalistic, scripted activities in commercial venue environments convincingly and consistently across the data collection sessions
Ability to follow protocol instructions precisely and adapt to venue-specific activity requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a research study, data collection, or controlled environment setting
Comfort and adaptability across diverse venue types
