We''re looking for a User Support Technician to join our team based out of our Panama City, Florida office. This is an on-site position that will provide technology support to employees across our organization. Travel to other Peaden locations will be required as business and support needs arise.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who has strong technical aptitude, enjoys solving problems, and wants the opportunity to grow beyond basic support.

You''ll start by helping our team members solve everyday technology issues and keep their equipment and systems working effectively. As your skills develop, there is opportunity to gain experience with Microsoft administration, device management, automation, scripting, security, and potentially application development.

What You''ll Do

• Provide friendly, responsive technical support to employees
• Troubleshoot Windows computers, software, accounts, and common technology issues
• Assist with iPhones, iPads, and other company devices
• Help set up equipment and technology access for new employees
• Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues
• Assist with user accounts, permissions, password resets, and access-related requests
• Track technology equipment, inventory, and assigned assets
• Document issues, solutions, and completed work
• Escalate more complex technical issues when appropriate
• Follow technology and information-security best practices
• Take ownership of assigned requests and follow them through to completion
• Travel to other Peaden locations as needed to provide hands-on technology support
• Continue developing your technical knowledge as our systems and organization grow

What We''re Looking For

We''re looking for technical aptitude and potential, not someone who already knows everything.

Must Have:

• Strong general computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems
• Basic Windows troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with common business software and applications
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and ask the right questions
• Ability to manage assigned tasks through completion without constant follow-up
• Some demonstrated technical experience through employment, school, internships, military experience, certifications, personal projects, or a home lab
• Willingness and ability to continue learning new technologies
• Ability and willingness to travel to other company locations as business needs arise

• Help Desk or Desktop Support
• Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Intune or another mobile device management platform
• PowerShell or other scripting languages
• Power Automate or workflow automation
• Apple Business Manager
• iPhone and iPad support
• IT inventory or asset management
• Application development, scripting, or automation
• Information-security fundamentals, including identity and access management, endpoint security, phishing awareness, and least-privilege practices
