Utility Position Available for Immediate HireMonday-Friday 8am-4:00pmCompensation: $14/hrOur company is looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team. Responsibilities for this position include:Indoor/Outdoor CleaningEmptying trash bins from hoppers (40+lbs.)Remove residual debris from the hopper including cleaning binsDeep Scrub floor: experience required to run scrub machine and buffer. Keep alleyway and patio free of trash Recycling cardboardStripping/Waxing floorsWindow cleaningBathroom inspections and reporting what needs to be fixedThis position may also be cross trained in janitorial duties.Janitorial duties to include but are not limited to sweeping/mopping hard floors, vacuuming, detailing/cleaning bathrooms, dusting, removing trash, stocking supplies, and any other duties as assigned. Applicants must be able to withstand long periods of walking and or standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling as required to complete your cleaning duties.
