Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Utilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot critical and clean utility systems within an aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role will perform preventive/corrective maintenance and ensure reliable utility operations in compliance with GMP and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical and clean utility systems.

Troubleshoot equipment failures, alarms, and system performance issues.

Maintain and troubleshoot WFI, Purified Water, Clean Steam, Process Gases, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Chilled Water systems.

Service pumps, valves, heat exchangers, filtration systems, piping, and mechanical equipment.

Perform routine inspections and utility system walkdowns.

Support shutdowns, repairs, startups, and return-to-service activities.

Complete work orders and maintenance records using CMMS.

Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and change-control requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Utilities maintenance experience within an aseptic/GMP pharmaceutical environment.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.

Hands-on experience with clean/critical utility systems.

Understanding of CMMS/work-order systems.

Ability to work the required night shift.
