We are looking for a dependable Industrial Utilities Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, and other plant equipment. This position helps keep equipment running safely and reduces downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor ammonia refrigeration systems and boilers.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, air compressors, HVAC, and other utility equipment.
Check equipment readings and respond to alarms or breakdowns.
Troubleshoot problems and help get equipment running again.
Follow safety procedures, including ammonia safety and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements.
Complete work orders, document repairs, and communicate equipment issues to the maintenance team.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial equipment.
Ability to identify equipment problems and respond to alarms.
Understanding of industrial safety procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot, follow instructions, and work independently or as part of a team.
