Position SummaryAs a Production Associate, you will support production teams by staging materials, maintaining inventory, assisting with equipment setups, and helping ensure machine operators have the resources needed to keep production moving efficiently.Key Responsibilities

Prepare and stage materials for production runsAssist machine operators during setups and changeoversDeliver materials, supplies, and production consumables as neededMaintain inventory of production materials and suppliesOrganize storage areas and support inventory accuracyAssist with machine preparation and production support activitiesPerform basic mechanical tasks and utilize hand tools when neededSupport housekeeping and 5S initiatives throughout the facilityMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasFollow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policiesSupport continuous improvement efforts that reduce downtime and improve efficiency

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work 12-hour shiftsAbility to safely work around manufacturing equipment and machinery
