The Best of Both Worlds — Behind the Bar & On the Floor!
We’re looking for an energetic, motivated, take-charge team player to fill a unique and important role in our restaurant: UTILITY.
This is not your typical support position. It's an opportunity to become a KEY player in both our bar and dining room operations.
What You'll Do:

- Floor Support: Handle busser responsibilities, maintain clean and organized tables, assist servers, and keep the dining room moving efficiently.
- Take Charge: Anticipate the needs of both teams, stay one step ahead, and help lead the flow of service.
- Be the Go-To: Become an essential link between the bar and the floor. Great communication, initiative, and teamwork are a must!
COMPENSATION:
- $15.00 per hour guaranteed base pay.
- Additional tip-outs from BOTH the server team AND the bar team.
- Earn from two sides of the operation while receiving hourly compensation!
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A true superstar who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. Someone who is proactive, dependable, organized, energetic, and takes pride in making the entire team successful.
The Best of Both Worlds: BAR + FLOOR.
Lead from the middle, take ownership, keep everyone moving, and become an indispensable part of our service team.
If you're a hardworking team player who likes to stay busy, take initiative, and maximize your earning potential, this position is for you!
We don't just need an extra set of hands. We need a KEY player!
