Utility Cook (Catering) - St. Paul Rivercentre

The RiverCentre in downtown St. Paul is hiring immediately for a Utility Cook.

This position assists with the preparation of menu items along with other duties.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients for garnishes, salads and cold plates.

Portion and arrange food on serving dishes and trays, and add garnishes according to menu specifications.

Transport food items, china and equipment between work areas and catering service areas.

Assists at breakdown stations during functions.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of storerooms and coolers.

Assists dishwashing staff with cleaning dishes, and cleans kitchen equipment and work areas.

Loads and/or unloads trucks picking up or delivering food or supplies.
