General Kitchen / Utility / Dishwasher

At Restaura, we believe every role in the kitchen contributes to something bigger. We’re looking for a dependable General Kitchen / Utility team member who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and delivering a great dining experience for our residents.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the kitchen team through dishwashing, cleanliness, basic food prep, and receiving deliveries—helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dish area, and workspaces
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in a timely manner
• Assist with basic food prep as needed
• Support receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Flexible availability, including some weekends

Preferred

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen utility experience (not required)

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active kitchen
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
