JOB DESCRIPTION:- Ensure guest satisfaction by keeping all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils clean and sanitized.- Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas in a clean condition.- Ensure that equipment is clean and in working order; report any issues to management.- Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.- Ensure the security of company assets.QUALIFICATIONS:- Demonstrate an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.- Must be able to follow basic safety guidelines due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.- Knowledge of safe food handling practices and the ability to pass food safety exams and/or trainings.- Must have a team player attitude; be dependable, reliable, and respectful; and exemplify leadership qualities and professionalism with excellent customer service skills.- Physical Demands: Specific physical abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity, and the capacity for long periods of walking, standing, bending, or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 20 pounds or more. and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 20 pounds or more;
