Job Title: UX Designer / Art Direction -CPG
Duration: 12 Month+ Contract
Location: St Louis, MO
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $60-65/hr. on W2

Role Summary

This role focuses on UX design and art direction for Clients digital products, specifically on maintaining and strengthening relationships with users after they begin using a product or service.

The focus is on ongoing user engagement rather than pre-purchase experiences or traditional website design. The individual will create personalized, brand-aligned digital content that supports users throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand user journeys and anticipate users’ evolving needs based on their backgrounds, interests, and engagement with Clients digital products.
• Design ongoing user-facing marketing materials, including emails, push notifications, content cards, and banners.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines while adapting designs to meet changing user needs and campaign requirements.
• Create personalized digital experiences that engage end users at different stages of their journey.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in Digital Content Design or Content Design, with a strong emphasis on visual design and art direction.
• Hands-on experience designing emails, push notifications, content cards, and banners.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-facing digital content designed to engage and communicate with end users.
• The ability to think beyond traditional website design and create personalized, ongoing digital engagement experiences.

Key distinction: This is a UX and creative design role centered on ongoing digital engagement and personalized content, not a content creation role or a traditional website-focused UX position.
