Key Responsibilities and Duties

• • Design and deliver end user experiences through exceptional craft design and execution on end-to-end journeys. Use your strong design aesthetic to bring together brand expressions and systems thinking. Practice universal design and believe in inclusion.
  • Inspire and motivate others in the spirit of contributing to our greater mission and team culture.
  • Design with a strategic mindset, taking the complex and making it simple, clear, and trusted.
  • Bring your strengths in storytelling to present a coherent rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider design team and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Use your demonstrated track record working cross-functionally with shipping successful experiences in a fast-paced environment to make a difference. Use your experience facilitating Design Thinking in your cross-functional teams to drive real results that map to key, strategic objectives.
  • Use your design expertise and connections to share the latest best practices and trends. Champion the Design Thinking philosophy throughout the business, communicating effectively with care and empathy to bring others along in the process.
  • Expertise in Figma design and experience using AI tools to drive design forward efficiently and effectively.
