Job Summary:
The UX Designer is responsible for designing engaging user experiences across digital products, translating complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive web and mobile features. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand standards, accessibility, and business goals.
The position also focuses on building and managing UX resources, including design systems, documentation, and research, while driving continuous improvement in user experience and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop user experiences for web and mobile platforms
Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive design solutions
Establish and manage SharePoint documentation space for UX/content resources
Create and maintain Figma libraries, templates, and design assets
Conduct and manage user research, personas, and UX insights
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Define UX processes including intake workflows and design governance
Support and guide stakeholders on UX initiatives and best practices
Drive improvements in website UX and digital platforms
Support information architecture and site structure alignment
Required Experience:
Experience in UX design for digital products
Strong proficiency with Figma and design systems
Experience with user research, personas, and usability best practices
Ability to translate business requirements into design solutions
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Experience managing SharePoint or documentation platforms
Familiarity with UX Center of Excellence (COE) models
Experience in content strategy and UX governance
Background in large enterprise or multi-stakeholder environments
