UX Researcher - AI Experiences

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to support customer and employee experience initiatives focused on emerging digital capabilities, artificial intelligence, and customer-centered product development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct UX research through user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and workshops.
• Identify user needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Analyze and summarize research findings to provide actionable insights.
• Create research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and research summaries.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Design, and business teams.
• Help validate new ideas, concepts, and digital experiences.
• Support research planning, participant recruitment, facilitation, analysis, and reporting.
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in UX Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, Design Research, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered: 4+ years of relevant experience without an associate degree, or 6+ years with a high school diploma/GED.
• 3+ years of professional UX Research experience.
• Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong research, synthesis, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with Product, Technology, Design, and business stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience with digital products, customer experience, or emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products and services.

Job Type: Contract - 12 Months, with Potential Extension or Conversion.
