Position Summary

VPNE Parking Solutions is looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Valet Attendant to join our team! In this role, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional guest experience by engaging with customers in a positive manner while providing safe, organized, and efficient vehicle services.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, greet guests with a smile, maintain an upbeat attitude, and build positive customer relationships.
• Safety First: Always operate vehicles safely to minimize accidents and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Organization: Efficiently organize vehicles, manage keys, track cars throughout the garage, and help facilitate smooth transitions at the end of shifts.
• Professionalism: Look sharp and neatly groomed at all times while adhering to VPNE uniform standards and approved language choices.
• Operations: Perform basic cleaning duties as assigned and maintain a reliable, consistent attendance record.

Hiring Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome, but a minimum of 2+ years of professional driving or valet experience is required.
• Driving Skills: Must possess a valid Driver's License in your state of residency with a clean driving record (must be deemed insurable by VPNEs insurance provider).
• Transmission Proficiency: Must be fully proficient in operating manual transmissions (stick-shift) and capable of passing a physical driving test.
• Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a standard criminal background check and a Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) check.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Language: Proficient in English (both verbal and written communication).

Physical & Appearance Standards

• Physical Stamina: Ability to run, move quickly, bend, and stand for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Strength: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and push a minimum of 100 lbs.
• Grooming: Maintain a sharp, well-groomed appearance. Any visible tattoos must be fully covered by a standard polo uniform, and piercings must be removed during your shift.
