A rental concierge is responsible for managing dealership service loaner vehicles and providing an exceptional customer experience. 

Roles:

• verifies customer eligibility
• checking valid driver’s licenses
• full-coverage insurance
• completes loaner vehicle
• check-in/check-out procedures
• \maintains accurate records
• coordinates vehicle availability.
