Supreme Charter Inc. is looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate School Bus Monitors to join our team..


As a monitor, you play an important role in helping students have a safe, comfortable, and positive experience while traveling to and from school. For some students, their bus ride is an important part of their daily routine—and you may become one of the familiar faces they look forward to seeing each day.


We're looking for people who understand that supporting children with dignity and respect is just as important as getting them safely where they need to go.


What You'll Do

•  Help maintain a safe and supportive environment for students 
•  Assist students as they enter and exit the vehicle when needed 
•  Help students remain safely seated and follow transportation procedures 
•  Communicate appropriately with the driver, students, families, and school staff 
•  Support students with patience, compassion, and understanding 
•  Follow company and school transportation policies 
•  Help create a positive and respectful experience for every student

What We're Looking For


The right person is:

• 18 years of age or older
•  Compassionate, patient, and dependable 
•  Professional and responsible 
•  Comfortable working with children 
•  Committed to putting safety first
•  Able to support students with dignity and respect 
•  Able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening

Previous experience working with children is a plus, but not required.
