About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated team member to support the assembly and quality inspection of diabetic kits in a manufacturing environment. This position involves manual audits, operating RF scanner technology, and handling packaging and inventory management tasks to ensure high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble diabetic kits accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections and manual audits, verifying lot numbers and documentation.
• Utilize RF scanner technology to manage inventory and streamline production processes.
• Use packing slips to locate lot numbers and match components correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Support overall production flow and assist team members as needed.
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures for assembly and inspection.
• Handle parcel and packaging processes, including basic parcel handling.
• Support the production team by performing general warehouse and labor tasks.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, quality inspection, manufacturing, or related areas.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and manual audit procedures.
• Familiarity with RF scanner operation.
• Basic parcel handling and packaging experience.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management processes.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, manually handle items, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Support safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.
