Varsity Softball Coach

Shady Side Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Varsity Girls Softball Coach who will support the Academy's mission to challenge students to think expansively, act ethically, and lead responsibly. The successful candidate will embody and promote the school's guiding principles of honesty, kindness, responsibility, respect, and safety, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment for student-athletes.

Position Overview

The Varsity Girls Softball Coach is responsible for the overall leadership, development, and management of the girls' varsity basketball program. This includes coaching, program planning, and supporting the academic, personal, and athletic growth of student-athletes. The coach will work collaboratively with the Athletic Director and other members of the athletics department to ensure alignment with school goals and policies.
