- Average Daily Volume: 10 cases/day weekdays; 6 cases per day weekends
- Case Mix: General IR, cerebral embolectomy, moderate sedation
FACILITY INFORMATION- Trauma Level: Level 1 trauma
- EMR System: Epic
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
- Credentialing Timeline: 60 days
REQUIRED PROCEDURES- General interventional radiology procedures
- Cerebral embolectomy (no aneurysm management)
- Moderate sedation
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Licenses: Active Minnesota license (preferred)
- Certifications: ACLS, Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical practice
- Other Qualifications: Fellowship required, EPIC experience preferred
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide general interventional radiology coverage including cerebral embolectomy
- Administer moderate sedation as needed
- Provide hospital coverage from 8a-5p on scheduled day
- Cover weekend cases as needed (average 6 per day)
