Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 5 experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as a traveler at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Special Requests:
All time off must be submitted at time of submission.
Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered (perm, per diem, travel).

Shift & Scheduling:
Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
On-call time worked is not included in the biweekly contract hours.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
