Job Summary

Why Join Us

Carondelet Medical Group (CMG) is one of Southern Arizona's largest and most established multi-specialty groups, bringing together more than 100 providers committed to integrated, high-quality care. As their first or newest vascular surgeon, you'll step into a practice already anchored by cardiology, interventional cardiovascular, electrophysiology, and advanced heart valve programs - a built-in referral engine from day one. CMG handles the business side so you can focus on surgery, with billing, credentialing, HR, and practice management all managed in-house. This is a rare opportunity to build a vascular surgery program with institutional backing and a collaborative team behind you.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, employed position with a stable, physician-led organization
  • Balanced weekly schedule: 1-2 days in clinic, 3-4 days in OR and inpatient rounding
  • Weekday and weekend call coverage
  • Access to a hybrid OR and a newly built dedicated vascular surgery OR
  • Dedicated clinical support team: practice manager, medical assistant, and surgery scheduler
  • Robust referral base from integrated cardiology, interventional, and electrophysiology specialists
  • In-house marketing and business development support to grow your patient panel
  • Leadership opportunities with a voice in practice decision-making

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary
  • CME allowance and paid time off
  • Malpractice insurance provided
  • Health, dental, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Deferred compensation program
  • Relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certification in Vascular Surgery required
  • Eligible for or currently holding an Arizona medical license
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-training experience preferred
