Role Summary:This role supports the *** Credit lessee purchase process by ensuring that dealer facilitated customer purchases are processed according to U.S. regulatory guidelines. This role is responsible for auditing customer lease buyout documentation received from franchised dealerships. Tasks include analysis of documentation, data entry, managing a shared email inbox, and responding to account inquiries. This role is also responsible for contacting dealers via phone and/or email to obtain missing documentation and review process guidelines. In addition, this position will act as a subject matter expert for internal *** Credit employees as well as franchised dealers.
Role Responsibilities.
Ensure accurate data entry capturing lease buyout details.
Assist with the education of procedures to franchised dealerships.
Answer inquiries from dealers and VCI field staff regarding the audit procedures.
Make outbound phone or email attempts to collect missing documentation.
Recommend audit process improvements.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Experience:
High School Diploma
1-2 years experience in a similar role
