Qualifications and responsibilities for this VDC / BIM Coordinator position include:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Autodesk Revit or comparable architectural/engineering building design projects.
• Experience with modular, prefabricated, or standardized building designs, including ongoing revisions and prototype updates, strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical building systems, including modifying designs to accommodate project specifications and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Proficiency in BIM modeling, technical drafting, construction documentation, and design coordination; experience with Autodesk Inventor is beneficial.
• Maintain and revise standardized modular car wash building prototypes for deployment across multiple states and potential international markets.
• Prepare and manage prototype releases, design change bulletins, shop drawings, assembly models, material schedules, bills of materials (BOMs), and product specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal construction/preconstruction teams to ensure accurate designs and efficient project execution.
• Ability to balance hands-on drafting and modeling with broader design coordination responsibilities, including repetitive design revisions and technical documentation.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
