Veeva CRM Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Minimum 5–8 years of experience providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite applications.

2. Experience in the full System Development Life Cycle (Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support).

3. Knowledge of application design and development using Salesforce Apex, Salesforce configurations, Veeva Vault SDK, and Veeva Vault Platform configuration.

4. Experience with Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Network, Veeva OpenData, Veeva Align, Veeva Engage, or Veeva Events Management.

5. Experience with large project management and Salesforce-based implementations. Cloud implementation experience is a plus.

6. Experience with migration and Agile methodologies, with proficiency using Agile tools such as Jira. Scrum Master certification is a plus.

7. Experience with REST Web Services and messaging/streaming solutions.

8. Experience with AJAX and JavaScript is good to have.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and review enhancements and new implementation requests.

2. Align with the Support Team on current issues and initiate problem management.

3. As the onsite lead, guide the offshore team on technical aspects and converting functional requirements into technical solutions.

4. Prepare and update application-related documentation, including SOPs, operational instructions, and user manuals.
