Description
You will conduct comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems, safety features, and overall vehicle condition to keep assets reliable and roadworthy
In this role you will diagnose and resolve issues across engines, transmissions, suspension systems, braking systems, and electrical components using structured troubleshooting
You shall perform timely repairs and replacements on tires, brakes, bearings, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems to reduce downtime
Execute preventative maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and precise lubrication to extend equipment service life
Additionally test vehicle systems after repair to guarantee functionality and compliance with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements
Manage accurate service logs, repair records, and inspection documentation, communicate repair recommendations to management, schedule warranty work with equipment manufacturers, and uphold a clean and organized work environment while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of tools, equipment, and hazardous materials
Operate snowplow equipment to safely and efficiently clear snow and ice from roads and designated areas, ensuring safe travel conditions.
