Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician with strong automotive electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic experience to support our corporate fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical vehicle issues while working closely with Engineering teams.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automotive electrical and mechanical systems
- Perform advanced electrical diagnostics using scan tools, multimeters, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic equipment
- Troubleshoot wiring, sensors, modules/ECUs, communication networks, and electrical faults
- Diagnose and resolve DTCs, intermittent electrical issues, and vehicle quality concerns
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Collaborate with Engineering to identify root causes of vehicle quality and performance issues
- Support vehicle testing, data collection, validation, and special engineering projects
- Accurately document diagnostic findings, repairs, and technical recommendations
- Follow all company safety, quality, and compliance procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Fleet Technician, or similar
- Strong hands-on automotive electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical/electronic systems, sensors, modules, and communication networks
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service procedures
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must have your own professional toolbox
