About the Role

We are seeking experienced Vehicle Technicians to support the maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and fleet readiness of advanced vehicle platforms. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting complex issues, working with vehicle systems, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and fleet reworks while helping maintain the highest standards of vehicle safety and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and fleet rework activities
  • Support vehicle testing and readiness operations
  • Document service work, repairs, and findings accurately
  • Interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and parts inventory
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Automotive technician experience involving diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of vehicle systems
  • Experience using diagnostic equipment and repair tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dealership or OEM experience
  • Automotive electrical diagnostic experience
  • Experience with CAN systems, wiring diagrams, or soldering
  • Automotive R&D or engineering lab experience
  • Technical trade school certification or automotive degree
  • High-voltage battery experience or certification
