Vending Warehouse Associate

Pre-Kitting Operations

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery routes.
• Verify product accuracy, freshness, and labeling.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
• Help organize product layouts for efficiency.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Support machine moves and setup.
• Receive orders and organize warehouse materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Inventory Control

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming shipments.
• Support warehouse operations and equipment moves.
• Work with warehouse and purchasing teams on replenishment.
• Help reduce waste through proper inventory management.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse, vending, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with pre-kitting, order fulfillment, or food service distribution is desirable.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (inventory software, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Ability to pass a Tier 1 background check.
