Job Summary

About the Role - This position will provide support to both the Intuit Dome Arena and The Forum.

This is an hourly, event-based role, with occasional non-event day support as needed.

Responsibilities: Ensure POS and supporting systems are fully operational before each event,Respond to real-time tech issues and escalate as needed,Troubleshoot device connectivity and software/hardware malfunctions ,Record and report all issues, resolutions, and recommendations post-event,Install, move, or replace hardware when required (to include employee hardware and printing peripherals), Maintain up-to-date inventories of tech equipment,Support and trouble shoot "all" designated equipment operating and running POS software, (Apple and Android), Send out daily recap reports detailing event-day performance and any ongoing concerns POST event

Required Qualifications :1+ year experience supporting tech systems (POS, hardware, software), Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, wireless), Strong attention to detail and commitment to problem-solving, Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
