Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in operations, event staffing, security, or related field
- Experience supervising teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to motivate teams to perform at their best
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage schedules and staff effectively
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and flexibility to adapt quickly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred- Experience with major events, stadium operations, or large-scale public gatherings
- Background in crowd management, guest services, or venue operations
- Familiarity with radio communications and real-time coordination systems
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends during event periods
