Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Document Analyst & Trainer to join our team. This role combines document control oversight with hands-on training responsibilities to ensure quality compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure all quality control documentation is accurate, complete, audit-ready, and aligned with regulatory and ISO standards, while also educating team members on proper procedures and documentation practices.

Document Analysis & Management
- Review, analyze, and interpret documentation related to quality control procedures, protocols, and reports.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all quality control documentation.
- Maintain and update quality control documents, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Establish and manage document control systems to ensure proper version control and accessibility.
- Serve as site representative during certification audits (including ISO 9001).
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality control procedures, documentation standards, and compliance processes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members regarding documentation best practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent application of quality control standards.
- Assist in implementing new quality control systems and process improvements.
- Participate in internal audits and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Management, or related field OR 5+ years of experience in a Quality Control Document Analyst & Trainer role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven training or mentoring experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant document control systems.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and ISO standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accuracy.
