Associate Veterinarian | Santa Monica | Work 4 Days, Enjoy the SoCal Lifestyle

What if your commute ended minutes from the beach? Overland Veterinary Clinic in Santa Monica offers 4-day work weeks, no on-call, and a team that's been caring for local pets for over 25 years. We're a multi-doctor, small-animal practice searching for an Associate Veterinarian who wants great medicine and the freedom to enjoy everything SoCal has to offer.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $150,000-$190,000+ based on experience
• Production-based bonuses
• Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 (depending on experience)

What We're Looking For:

• DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited program, or ECFVG/PAVE certification
• 1+ years of experience, plus enthusiasm for surgery and the drive to keep sharpening your skills
• A passion for compassionate, high-quality patient care
• A collaborative teammate who enjoys learning alongside others
