We're looking for a Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in helping pet owners feel supported throughout every step of their pet's healthcare journey.

Schedule

Part-Time Position

• Consistent schedule working Thursdays and Fridays
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Hours scheduled between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM
• Predictable schedule that supports work-life balance

What You'll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the face of our hospital and an important advocate for both our clients and patients.

Daily Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
• Manage a busy multi-line phone system while providing outstanding customer service.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate procedures, and support efficient daily operations.
• Gather patient histories and educate clients on preventive care and wellness recommendations.
• Maintain accurate digital medical records and client information.
• Respond promptly to emails, client inquiries, and online pharmacy requests.
• Clearly communicate wait times, treatment recommendations, and pricing information.
• Support patient and client comfort throughout their visit.
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and hospital leadership to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment.
• Coordinate with management regarding client concerns, facility needs, and operational support.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks that help keep the hospital running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while managing high call volumes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with veterinary practice management software is a plus.
• Experience processing payments and completing end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Comfortable working with dogs, cats, and other companion animals.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help both pets and people succeed.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
