Established in 2002, Dynamite Animal Hospital is a full‑service veterinary hospital and grooming salon and a Feline Friendly practice. Our core values center on treating the whole patient-Mind, Body, and Soul-because we believe emotional well‑being is just as important as physical health.

If you love working with people, care deeply about pets, and enjoy being the heart of a veterinary hospital, this role may be a great fit.

    What You'll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you'll be a vital connection between our clients, patients, and medical team by:

    • Greeting clients and pets warmly and setting the tone for a positive visit
    • Assisting new clients with registration and communicating expected wait times
    • Answering phones, emails, and non‑medical client questions with professionalism and empathy
    • Scheduling appointments, diagnostics, and follow‑ups
    • Coordinating with referring hospitals to obtain patient records
    • Maintaining accurate client and patient information in hospital systems
    • Ensuring financial responsibilities are met, including invoicing and cash drawer reconciliation
    • Keeping reception, waiting, and exam areas clean and organized
    • Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with fellow team members

    What We're Looking For

    Preferred Experience & Skills

    • Customer service experience required; 1+ year of veterinary experience strongly preferred
    • Strong communication skills with a team‑oriented mindset
    • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
    • Comfortable handling financial transactions and basic accounting
    • Professional, kind, and trustworthy communication with clients and teammates
    • Willingness to work certain holidays

You'll Thrive Here If You Are

    • Friendly, positive, and people‑focused
    • Compassionate and empathetic with pets and their families
    • Motivated to grow and develop as a valued member of the hospital team
