The Role
- Provide medical leadership, setting and upholding clinical standards, protocols, and quality assurance
- Mentor and develop veterinarians and clinical teams through coaching, case review, and collaborative rounds
- Deliver high-quality small animal care spanning wellness, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, and internal medicine
- Utilize on-site diagnostics to guide efficient treatment plans and client communication

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Texas (or ability to obtain)
