Full-Time Opportunity in Monroeville, Pennsylvania

Schedule: 50% clinical and 50% administrative (14-16 total shifts per month)

ER ABVP Guided Program - The ER ABVP Guided program offers a path that meets you where you are, allowing you to reach your emergency career goals without the need for an internship. Ideal for any emergency practitioners within the Ethos network looking to deepen their expertise in emergency practice. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Oversee 18 veterinarians and 2 ECC, VTS learning & development supervisors.
• Provide high-quality veterinary care and maintain a clinical presence.
• Oversee medical standards, protocols, compliance, and patient-care quality.
• Mentor and support veterinarians and medical staff.
• Partner with leadership on operations, staffing, workflow, and strategy.
• Lead rounds, case reviews, team meetings, and cross-department communication.
• Support recruiting, service growth, quality metrics, and evidence-based medicine.

What You Bring

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience and 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Confidence managing emergency cases and making sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
• A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing emergency veterinary medicine.
