  Your Role:<\/span><\/b>

  • Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain high standards of medical care and client experience<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Help guide hospital growth with new ideas and services<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with leadership on operations and team development<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Compensation:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • $170,000–$200,000, based on experience<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Schedule & Workflow:<\/span><\/b>

      • Predictable daytime schedule<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • No overnight care<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Structured appointments with limited same -day add -ons<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Dedicated time for surgery and medical workups<\/span>
