A full-service veterinary hospital in Saugerties, NY is seeking an experienced Medical Director ready to take the next step into practice ownership. This role offers a unique opportunity to co-own a practice (buy-in starting at $20K, up to 49% ownership) with full clinical autonomy and operational supportso you can focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care.
The Role:
Lead a clinical team and set medical standards
Mentor veterinarians and support staff
Oversee daily operations and client experience
Collaborate on hiring, budgeting, and scheduling
Use telehealth tools and client engagement technology

Requirements:
DVM or equivalent with active state license
